Any phone that comes with a big fat screw that you need to unscrew to get into the thing is clearly something impressive and that’s just what you’ll find with your Nokia 3720 Classic. That’s because the 3720 is just about the hard-as-nails-est phone you can currently buy, and it’s an absolute cracker to boot. The screw is the only bit of connecting the thing needs to hold it all together, and once that’s tightened the thing is entirely waterproof. Aside from being waterproof though (which also of course makes it dust, dirt and even – thank god – beer proof), this thing is also damned hard as well. Always dropping things from the top of ladders? Find your phone is constantly getting tied to a tree and shot by paintballs in some kind of weird assassination attempt? Find yourself booting your phone with rugby boots through the pouring rain?… then look no further, you’ve just found the perfect phone. Oh, and have a look at the video below if that just confused you a little.

The Nokia 3720 will of course appeal to all sorts of explorers, construction site workers, and other people who generally make us feel a bit inadequate. But we think there’s also going to be a very decent market for people who are just plain clumsy. Or those who, like our occassional selves, might find they’ve imbibed a little bit too much fizzy orange stuff in a bar of a weekend night and, say, find themselves hurling their phone at people who annoy them. Sound familiar? Then check out this Nokia 3720 review, or click here for the official page.
